I'm on 6.3.2. i shoot into both my mac pro and my macbook pro running lion. i have no problems connecting to my first gen 5D or a 5D MkII. since you're on 6.3.3, you may want to consider downgrading back to the last version that worked for you. There is a software archive section on the Phase One site where you can find previous versions to download. I always keep the Capture One DMG files that I download just in case an upgrade doesn't work smoothly. That way I can just re-install the older version. The best thing to do is post a thread on the Phase One user support forums to not only make them aware of the issue but to also get a solution.

the 135mm F2 is a great lens for shooting portraits, headshots and beauty. a lot of my beauty work is shot with an 85mm 1.8. both lenses are much lighter than a 70-200mm and will give much better contrast, color and clarity.

Well said! It is indeed sensationalism, and not only are they trying to point the blame elsewhere. I am pretty sure they intentionally made this in this fashion for the sole purpose of controversy, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Guess what? They succeeded, the spread is infamous and sales probably correlates. Their pockets are lined, on to their next controversial spread.

thank Kerry for your encouragement. I was watching a documentary a while back and in closing the narrator gave some very poignant sayings which included, "what matters is not what you got but what you gave, what matters is not what you learned but what you taught."
