RECAP: 2011 The End.
2011. What a year. It had its great moments and not so great moments. Fortunately the memories of the great moments are what tend to stay with me, and I am thankful for the many good things that happened last year. I am grateful to be able to work with such an amazing group of talented artists who allow me to continue to produce my work. I have learned so much, not only about my art but who I am as a person as well. Looking back at 2011, I realize how fortunate I am to be able to work as a professional photographer. The last name,...

Besides photography, one of my biggest passions is cooking and eating. I’m a total foodie and I love being in the kitchen whipping stuff up or stuffing my face. There is definitely an art to cooking, and like photography, I find it to be a constant state of discovery. Discovering new tastes and creating dishes from different ingredients is a metaphor I often use to describe the dynamic of a shoot. Much like the success of a meal is dependent on the quality of the ingredients, so does the success of a shoot rely on the collaboration of several talented artists working together in...
